Keith Fairchild is our General Broker. After 15 years in real estate, and Co-owner of the company, Keith’s vision has led him to create one of the most diverse companies in real estate today; which includes new home sales, resales, and foreclosure properties. His new projects include building and development. Keith has been so successful that he has also accepted a position with the number one real estate training company in America as a coach working with other agents across the country interested in building a business in the foreclosure, investment, and development market.

Heather Fairchild is our Associate Broker. She oversees the day-to-day functions of the Staff and other Agents and also specializes in working with buyers and sellers to achieve their ultimate home buying and selling goals. As Lead Agent, she continues Keith’s vision in growing the company by working closely with Developers, Builders, and Asset Companies. Heather is our Team liaison with community service organizations and projects.

Sandy Bernier is our Office Administrator and Executive Assistant to Keith and Kay. She coordinates the “physical” running of the office, bookkeeping & records, all advertising, schedules, in-house functions, and procurement. For our REO Department she coordinates the maintenance and repair of the foreclosure properties to facilitate a quick sale. After being with Fairchild & Associates for the past 2 years & within the Real Estate industry for more than 10 years, she brings invaluable experience to our team.

Brian Faltus is a Sales Agent for the Team. He works with buyers and sellers to accomplish their real estate goals through superior customer service. He works to find the perfect home that will fit their family’s needs for many years to come for the best possible price. In addition, Brian specializes in selling expired homes (homes that have been on the market with other agents that they could not sell). He also has an excellent track record for selling “For Sale By Owner” homes that the owner could not sell themselves. Brian’s aggressive sales approach has made him one of the top agents in the city.
